ContentFarm ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered content generation service. Contact us at contentfarm.issues@gmail.com.
Account data: Name, email address, and authentication credentials collected via Clerk.
Usage data: Content prompts you submit, generated outputs, generation type, and timestamps — stored to enforce plan limits and display history.
Payment data: Billing details processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request metadata for security and rate limiting.
To provide and improve the service; enforce usage limits; process payments; prevent abuse; and send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts). We do not sell your data or use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.
We share data with the following processors under binding data agreements:
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us — we will action requests within 30 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. Email contentfarm.issues@gmail.com to exercise any right. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by role. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure — use a strong, unique password.
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us for immediate deletion.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
